internal and external refurbishment of a previously underused building in the historic core of cork city. a challenge to accommodate three users behind a new contemporary façade, contrasting and complimenting the existing streetscape in response to an increase in centre city living. a rooftop bar with external terrace to fully embrace the opportunity to capture the evening sun and provide a unique social experience within the city.
